For Our Students - Making Up Work

We encourage students to schedule all appointments during non-school hours. It is important to be present for class instructions, discussions, and review of homework.

Students with excused absences may make up missed quizzes and tests. (Absences are excused if parents/guardians call the Attendance Office within 24 hours of an absence. For pre-arranged absences, the student generally must return the completed Pre-Approved Absence forms to the Attendance Office at least five days before any pre-arranged absence.)

Missed work must be made up within two sessions following the absence, unless special arrangements have made made for long-term absences.
